Shipping is free for retail sales in the continental USA. Shipping and handling for wholesale and Hawaii, Alaska, and international orders are charged actual pack and ship costs. There is no handling fee. We ship USPS unless requested otherwise.

Returns

No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from PCco Handbags.
